Dr Badat is the Vice Chancellor of Rhodes University and a highly acclaimed 21st century Educator who is passionate about transformation in South Africa. Professor Dugmore is the Director of the Discovery Centre for Health Journalism at Rhodes University with an active interest in community media & democracy, and media & health behaviour change in the digital age.
